I do my best to write good software, but when it fails please contact me so we can resolve the problems

In case an error or problem occurs

I suggest you sent me an email with the following information:

The name and the version of the software
The error message or a description of the problem
Name and version of Operating System
the application logfile, this file is often located in the your TEMP dir
(type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows explorer, this will take you to the TEMP folder)
these logfiles can become quite big. In that case please delete or rename the logfile, restart the application and reproduce the error again, . Logfiles are best zipped with WinZIP before sent by email.
